We follow industry condition grading standards:

    •    Excellent: Like new, no signs of wear.


• What sizes do you offer?

We carry a variety of sizes for men, women, and kids. If you’re looking for a specific size, feel free to message us—we may be able to help or pre-order it for you.

 

• Do you offer returns or exchanges?

All items are final sale unless stated otherwise. We always aim to be transparent—please read the full item description before purchasing.

• Where are you located?

We’re based in Queens, New York, and ship nationwide. Many of our buyers are in NYC, LA, and Atlanta; but we ship wherever the fashion lovers are!

 

• What if my item doesn’t fit?

Because we sell discounted luxury resale, most purchases are final sale. We encourage you to double-check your size and reach out with any fit questions before purchasing.


• Can I consign my items with you?

At this time, we’re building select partnerships. If you have new or gently worn authentic luxury items (Gucci, Fendi, etc.), DM us or text +1 (718) 576-0907 to discuss possible consignment.

 

• Are your prices negotiable?

We price fairly based on market trends and item condition, but we occasionally accept offers on certain platforms like eBay, Poshmark, and Depop. Don’t be afraid to reach out—we’re open to conversation!
