All items are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
We offer secure, tracked shipping on all orders. Due to the high value of our merchandise, all packages are shipped with signature confirmation and insurance coverage. This ensures your item is protected throughout transit and delivered directly into your hands.
All domestic orders within the United States are shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS and generally arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Expedited shipping options may be available upon request.
For security purposes, we ship only to the billing address associated with your payment method unless otherwise verified. Orders flagged for security concerns may require additional verification prior to shipment.
International shipping may be available on select items. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country.
Once an order has been shipped, Shanelle Collection is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control. However, we will always assist in resolving any shipping issues.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can assist you promptly.
